1 32nd DURING THE YEAR Cycle B
SUNDAY Regina "Laudate pueri" (4'53) by Mendelssohn (Montserrat) evokes the grandeur of the «small», as the widow

2 Conclusion to His doctrine: Stones of the wall of the Temple
Final stage of Jesus in Jerusalem Conclusion to His doctrine: the value of what we do, does not depend on quantity, but on each one's heart Stones of the wall of the Temple

3 Above, Temple (Gospel of today) Below, walls of the ancient temple

4 Images of the Western (Wailing) Wall (of the old Temple)
Mk 12: And in his teaching he said, "Beware of the scribes, who like to walk around in long robes and like greetings in the marketplaces 39 and have the best seats in the synagogues and the places of honor at feasts, Images of the Western (Wailing) Wall (of the old Temple)

5 Do not pay so much attention on those that occupy the first places
In the Gospel the most important are those who serve

6 who devour widows' houses and for a pretense make long prayers
who devour widows' houses and for a pretense make long prayers. They will receive the greater condemnation."

7 The prayers of the simple, redeem the haughty
This is, also, a priestly task, although many are not aware of this The prayers of the simple, redeem the haughty

8 And he sat down opposite the treasury and watched the people putting money into the offering box. Many rich people put in large sums. And a poor widow came and put in two small copper coins, which make a penny

9 The rich often give, ostentatiously, the crumbs of how much they have
The poor, with an insignificant gesture, often share what they are and the little they have

10 And he called his disciples to him and said to them, "Truly, I say to you, this poor widow has put in more than all those who are contributing to the offering box. For they all contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty has put in everything she had, all she had to live on."

11 The widow who is really poor, is often the one that gives more
Many times she gives to others what she needs for herself: without thinking of her fatigue, or in her effort Read: «Women are the engine of the world»

12 CONCLUSION to the GOSPELS:
Jesus presents before the religious leaders for model a woman, WIDOW and poor. Without occupying privileged places, without name, or special qualifications, this woman is placed by Jesus before the COMMUNITY. Do we want that Jesus say it clearer?

13 Lord, grant us to assess our actions in the light of the Gospel, and to give what we have to live, as little or much there is
