Hazard Vulnerability Assessment-prioritization of threats to the community which impacts the ability to adequately deliver healthcare
Includes estimates of casualties and fatalities based on risk
Fatality Management-develop a plan that includes the amount of morgue space available during death surges and identifies the process to request support from local and state agencies when capacity is exceeded. Identify alternate storage locations and options for human remains.
Coordinate with organizations for identification, transportation, tracking, storage, and disposal of remains and effects, facilitate mental health services for family members, responders, and survivors. Must be culturally sensitive.
Volunteer Management-algorithm to request volunteers form state along with current request forms, designate protocol for the reception of volunteers in the County and the redirection of volunteers to hospitals, tracking, and exit interviews.

AAR/IP due within 60 days of event or exercise for HSEEP compliance
Progress on the deliverables, activities, and performance measures will be reported in a timely manner for the mid and EOY reports
