Community Preparedness-Jurisdictional Risk Assessments Emergency Operations Coordination-Coalition Meetings Fatality Management-develop/update plans Information Sharing-CERC Plan Update Medical Surge-have written plan Responder Health & Safety-joint responsibility Volunteer Management-update written plan Community Recovery???? How to accomplish? Information sharing also includes the provision for an Emergency Notification System Contact Information and Participation in Systems Tests Participation in ADHS SNS inventory drills Hazard Vulnerability Assessment-prioritization of threats to the community which impacts the ability to adequately deliver healthcare Includes estimates of casualties and fatalities based on risk Fatality Management-develop a plan that includes the amount of morgue space available during death surges and identifies the process to request support from local and state agencies when capacity is exceeded. Identify alternate storage locations and options for human remains. Coordinate with organizations for identification, transportation, tracking, storage, and disposal of remains and effects, facilitate mental health services for family members, responders, and survivors. Must be culturally sensitive. Volunteer Management-algorithm to request volunteers form state along with current request forms, designate protocol for the reception of volunteers in the County and the redirection of volunteers to hospitals, tracking, and exit interviews.

8 Financial Responsibilities and Budgets
Performance Match Inventory Budget Spend Plan and Expenditure Report with supporting documentation Alignment of Activities Purchases and Grant Activity Oversight Maintenance of interest bearing accounts Failure to meet performance may result in subsequent withholding of funds 10% soft match of in kind services Provide inventory list of capital equipment over $ Interest bearing accounts if over $120,000.00

9 Reporting Requirements
Submission of AAR/IP to ADHS Track Corrective Actions and Manage those identified in Responses and Exercises Mid-year reporting EOY Reports due in October 2013 Submit Final Financial Report AAR/IP due within 60 days of event or exercise for HSEEP compliance Progress on the deliverables, activities, and performance measures will be reported in a timely manner for the mid and EOY reports Keep in mind the performance measures
