DCFEB – noise is lower
Reverse “packer” to make (new format) raw data out of DIGIs
Cosmic ray analysis (as part of commissioning).
Space and especially time distributions are radically different. Efficiencies are harder to measure.
High luminosity changes needed
No accounting for any background (neutrons, etc.) in rechit, segment building
Not optimized for muons that radiate
Trigger LCT patterns have never been optimized
Need to retain expertise e.g. in data certification, conditions data handling, etc. (group responsibilities)
Plenty of room for ideas - you can do anything you want!

For ALL the underground work
Central point of contact for CSC and TC
LV, HV, cables and racks (Levtchenko)
Important: ME1/1 LV not reliable thus far, need increased current for new electronics, also support new test installations
Procurement: a small group under Resource Manager
Includes Loveless, Karjavin, Jiang
Issues are at the interfaces - what to buy and who will buy, need to make decisions quickly

The new structure for 2013 is designed to assist that focus
Next step is for group leaders to assemble their teams, define their schedules, work out conflicts
Many have already done this
We need to assemble a list of open tasks for each group
NB expect some flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
