3. An experiment was performed in Britain on 1,000 Brits to determine common sleeping positions. Six positions were revealed and personality types were compiled. This experiment was done by Chris Idzikowski, director of the Sleep Assessment and Advisory Services in Britain. THE EXPERIMENT

4. This is the most common position. Women are twice as likely to sleep this way. Personality wise, these people have tough exteriors but are still sensitive. 10. Dr. Idzikowski’s study shows that one out of ten people sleep completely covered during the night. Although his study neglects to give a personality type for these people, another study does. The study suggest that these people may seem macho in public, but are shy and weak on the inside. They are likely to keep secrets and agonize over problems.
