5. 1. Clarification and The Idea Of This Business
Our aim is to buy the used cars from their owners and sell them.
We will collect cars from their owner. In this step we will make sure that those cars will be in good condition. Our experts will check them and we will pay cash and buy them.
We will take them in our workshop and we will further work on them. We will try to make them as good as new.
In this step we will sell them in our showroom. Cars price will be depend on its buying amount of our cars. We will take a minimum amount for each car.
Our cars will be with one year warranty and for any problem our service center will be always open for them.
One can also pay us in sufficient installments.

7. 2. Information about our product
Our product will be used cars. Most of them will be from Toyota cars as the parts of these cars are easily available. Most people in our country use Toyota cars. But we will also have Nissan, Mitusbishi, Maruti Suzuki, Hundai, Flat and Tata cars.
The outlook of our cars will be good as new and the interior will be fresh and clean as well.
The price of our product will start from 4 lac and believe it is the lowest price of car in Bangladesh.
The highest price of our cars will be within 75 lac.
Various cars and models will be available.

8. 3. Budget of our product
As this is a partnership business partner will be liable for success and loss of this business.
This is a small business which is only in a beginning stage.
As this is a partnership firm after collecting partners' money we will take loan from bank.
We will arrange 2 crore tk from our partners and bank will provide 3 crore tk. So we will have 5 crore tk to set up our business.

As this is a partnership business there will be three owners.
We will have five departments. Those will be
Managing departments (2)
Accounting department (5)
Marketing department (3)

Engineers and supervisors (10)
Workers (50)
There will 80 employees in total.

12. 6. Estimated time for setup
We will need at least 6 months to set up our company.
We will start our work from July 2012 and we will launch our business in January 2013.
In July we will look for a location. As our target is the middle class and upper middle class people rather than choosing Gulshan, Banani we will prefer Rampura, Mirpur, Malibaag as our business location.
For the workshop we need a big place and some equipments.
In the next month we will hire train and admin stuff.
In September we will purchase equipments. We will need various types of equipment such as lift equipments, hoists, jack stands, tire balancer, tire changer machine, brake lathe machine, air compressor, air tools, alignment racks and alignment diagnostic equipments, oil tank for new oil, oil waste tank, measuring calipers, micrometers etc.
We will advertise our business in the next month.
In December we will establish our firm.

14. 7. Our goals and ambitions about this company
In this age of rising car price our ambition is to provide cars not only for high class but also for middle class people.
Those people who have dreams to watch but have no capability to fulfill them we give them the opportunity to make their dreams successful that's why we called ourselves dreamers.
We love to see dreams and we believe we can fulfil them.
Having a car of his own is a dream of a person, we will give them the opportunity to have it.
Every year the government of Bangladesh increases the tax of Toyota recondition cars and brand new cars so it is pretty tough for people of Bangladesh buy those cars.
In this circumstance we believe we will serve our best to meet the need of our people.
We think people will choose our cars as our cars will be reasonable and less in price. But the quality of our cars will be as good as new cars.

15. Where we can see our company after five years......
After five years we can see our company in a high rising level as each and every year the price of cars is rising.
We think people will be attracted by our features and we will get a rapid growth in our business.
As we will provide all types of cars in all ranges all level people will be attracted by us.
In this circumstance we believe we will serve our best and meet the need of our people in this country.
In near future we also have a plan to start our own customer care system so that with one call only our customer can have car mechanics and technicians in front of their doors.

16. Conclusion
Dreamers BD is a product oriented organization. Our business will provide cars . With this partnership business we have hopes and wishes for its success. It will face least government regulation in its formation. As we will launch a new product we will try to increase the strength of our business to capture the market share.
