2 Direct Debit for Blood Customers - update
We are pleased to report that our new direct debit process was implemented as planned in July. The first direct debit payments were taken successfully on the 15th July 2016, collecting income totalling £5.1 million. The second payments (income totalling £5.79 million) are scheduled for 15th August 2016. This will save Trusts time in processing payments and ensure debt is collected promptly and allows our Accounts Receivable Team to focus on collecting other debts.

3 Total Reward Statements – update for 2016
Total Reward Statements and NHS Pension Annual Benefit Statements are coming soon. Your Total Reward Statement (TRS) provides a personalised online statement of your full employment benefits. As well as listing your basic pay and allowances, it also includes details of other benefits you might get such as childcare vouchers and the cycle to work scheme. If you are a member of the NHS Pension Scheme it includes your Annual Benefit Statement (ABS). 2015 Total Reward Statements will only be available to view until the middle of August as the 2016 TRS will over-right the existing 2015 statements.
