Fasset staff have replaced the previously offered Fasset Skills Advisor (FSA) service by offering direct support to organisations that employ between 50 and 149 people and all newly registered Skills Development Facilitator’s (SDF’s).
Call centre will be available to assist with any queries you may have regarding the completion and online capturing of grant application forms.

To address the shortage of professionals in Fasset sector
Training of learners in workplace readiness skills – including soft skills and technical financial skills
Learners are black and/or disabled, and once employed by the company may be put forward for a Learnership Cash Grant (LCG)
70% placement minimum requirement
Funded by Fasset with unclaimed levy money

Black unemployed graduates in Gauteng with various qualifications
Intensive 3 month Workplace Readiness Programme (theory and practical)
Learners placed on learnerships / internships
Mentorship offered for at least 6 months after the intervention
