7. Chilled Beams This is a terminal unit which comprises of a heating and cooling coil. Active chilled beams increase the capacity of the induction unit with air. Passive chilled beam use an induction unit for temperature control.

8. Heat Pumps Heat pumps move energy from one location to the other. They reverse between heating and cooling modes. This is a conventional HVAC system.
