Overview:
During the course, you will be asked to participate as part of a small group in the development of a presentation involving some key IT challenge areas for acquisition professionals.
In preparation for this presentation, identify one of the following using the template provided:
One challenge you are experiencing related to the identified areas; or
One of the identified areas that you anticipate will be a future challenge for you or your organization
Note: if you do not have a current or future challenge related to one of the identified challenge areas, select the area that most interests you as an IT Acquisition professional
You will upload your “challenge” slide and your student profile slide to complete the pre-course assignment

Our organization is currently transitioning from DIACAP to RMF
Our software developers are using an Agile development method
We have been told to transition our program/project to a cloud computing environment

Transitioning to RMF is taking an inordinate amount of time and resources
