Monday x400 sprints (130secs) , Basketball Dribbling Drill (5mins), Shooting Drill (100 shoots), and Left hand and Right hand Lay-ups (15 each side made). Study Playbook 20mins Tuesday x100 meter sprints (under 17 secs ) Basketball Dribbling Drill (5mins), 50 made jump shots, andLeft hand and Right hand Lay-ups (15 each side made). Study Playbook 20mins Wednesday mile run (under 10 mins), Basketball Dribbling Drill (5mins), Shooting Drill (100 shoots), and 50 made jump shots, and 25 made Free Throws. Study Playbook 20mins Thursday TURKEY DAY Relax and have fun enjoy family!!! Friday x100 meter sprints (under 15 secs), Basketball Dribbling Drill (5mins), 25 made Free-Throws, 50 made jump shots. Study Playbook 20mins Saturday ½ mile jog the straights and speed walk the curve (under 18 mins) . Study Playbook 20mins Ladies remember to get better you have to put in work beyond your regular scheduled practice times. Here is a great workout program that will help you be ready for Dec. 5th . If you do not have a basketball goal, you have many options : go to a park, go to a teammates house, or simply modify the workout and do your basketball shots laying down. You can run anywhere.
