Built as tribute to French army victories.
Designed by Jean Chalgrin in 1860.
Built in 1836.

It is situated in place Charles de Gaulle.
It is the worlds famous Triomphe arch.
It is over 51 metres high.

The top of the arch gives one of the best views over Paris.
