This should be in past tense as the work has been concluded.
NOTE
In your proposal you are doing things in anticipation but your post field report is a done deal

  STYLE (Name, Year), this could be either in APA format or HARVARD format.
TYPE OF MATERIAL SOURCE(e/hard copies): this should include
Journal Articles which should be greater than, or equal to 60% - 70%
