People that have lots of money and people who always have the best items and clothing because they have so much money. Footballer players are also known as people that have good looking girl friends. It is also very rare that you see an AFL footballer with out a nice car.

3. How are AFL footballers portrayed in Media ?
AFL footballers can be portrayed good and bad by the media. If you have a good game of football you can be all over the media for how good you are which is a good way of being shown. An example is Jack Riewoldt kicking ten goals in a match winning performance. You can also be put in the media for the wrong things. You can be put in for taking drugs, Breaking laws or gambling. An example is Brendan Fevola, he has been all over the media recently not because of his football but his gambling addiction and now he is owing over twenty thousand dollars. Also with the split of him and his wife Alex Fevola.

4. Positives
Positives: Positives of being a football player you would be known as a young fit person. You would be known as someone with a lot of money and you would be a lot of peoples heroes. Also if you kicked a goal to win a game then you could be known as a match winner. Also if you are playing good football and are a good leader many people look up to you as a hero.

5. Negatives
Negatives: A lot of AFL footballers are known as people who do drugs so you could fall into that category. Some AFL footballers are known as gamblers who have lost there money so you could also fall into the category. If you missed a goal that cost your team the game you would get a fair bit of criticism and if you are not showing good form you get lots of criticism as well.
