Successful in competitions Virtual Enterprise: 2014 1st In Long Island Business Plan Competition 2nd Place in 2014 National Business Plan Competition 2011 1st Place in 2011 Long Island Business Plan Competition Business and Marketing Honor Society Statistics Average No. of Business Credits: 4.5 Average Overall GPA: 96.7 Average Business GPA: 97.2 Perhaps you can add some stats that you had from last year’s Honor Society information. Perhaps we can show some of the awards students have won, schools they are attending, etc.

4 Capstone Course - VIRTUAL ENTERPRISE
Many students wanted more choices after taking many of our business classes Teaches management and entrepreneurship skills Creates work environment and teaches soft skills Students are ready to DO rather than listen and practice Alignment with College and Career readiness and Common Core Provides CTE endorsement on HS diploma "Soft skills" refer to a cluster of personal qualities, habits, attitudes and social graces that make someone a good employee and compatible to work with. Strong Work Ethic . Positive Attitude Good Communication Skills Time Management Abilities 5. Problem-Solving Skills . Acting as a Team Player 7. Self-Confidence 8. Providing dual credit provides many opportunities to all students to achieve graduation requirements Economics Credit College International Business Economics Virtual Enterprise Mathematics Credit* Financial Math College Money and Investments Computer Accounting, College Accounting *Also satisfying Science credit College Information Technology Computer Programming I and II CISCO Networking I and II AP Computer Science In most schools, the technology courses are offered in the math depts, so this is not a great stretch.
