AB 540 students reside in the state of California They have attended a CA high school for at least 3 years They graduated from a CA high school or obtained a GED They are legally allowed to pay in-state tuition Note: AB 540 does not provide for Financial Aid; students must seek assistance from scholarships that do not require legal or permanent residency or US citizenship.
