Welcome to mapping and charting training.  How many of you have had this training before?
How many of you are asking yourself why are we doing this, again?
#1  We have new members who have not had this training and with the heavy political lift we have this year it’s important they receive training  and have tools to assist them in their worksites and or DLC.

Point out that I’ll be referring to worksites in the training and I understand that many of you are responsible for worksites and stewards outside of your own area.  For those situations ideally you will act as a trainer for stewards. So, you can take this tools back to the stewards and help them create a structure within their work site.

Targets – your targets should include those I already know
Members-Who has participated before

Those who have attended a worksite meeting
Stewards – Include stewards who haven't been stepping up. Have we asked them lately. This is a smaller ask and might make a difference in their willingness to participate
