3. What's Fedora College
Fedora College is a project that searches to deploy the use of virtual classrooms in the training of new contributors, using known educational resources, by relying primarily on video
Well, there are many educative resources (such as text, sound and images), but one of most effective is the video, many people learn of visual form
Fedora college will try being a visual library of all our procedures, guidelines, and tips on how to do things on Fedora

For me, not. It's true that there are many people with experience contributing to the FOSS and arrived to Fedora because they heard that we are cool people, a community with many ideas and a workflow structured, but many that arrive to Fedora are people that are starting in the contribution of the FOSS, some of they are students that are starting to do their bases in programming, design, translation, web programming, etc
then, that follows of this?
Not only give a link or recommend at new contributor read the wiki, We should make a educative model for teach to them

I want a site that have two roles for sign in:
First One: A role of new contributor
Second: A role of teacher contributor
The role of a new contributor can be for a person that never has collaborated with fedora or existing contributor that want belong to a new group
The role of a teacher contributor, is for the persons that belong to a existing group and have sufficient experience for teaching at others

There would be an option to enter Fedora groups, organized by categories, the same existing categories on the wiki, with the same subcategories and topics, the topics would be the videos organized for importance, this value can be gave for a votation system based on the "likes" of each video, that is to say, if one person consider that the video have an utility for him, marked that as favorite

Finally, the teacher contributor can answer questions through of a system of real communication or directly in the comments of that video.
May be various teachers that having many videos about the same topic, this resulting in a plurality of opinions, and therefore various viewpoints "validated" by the public
