The Boards’ Decision: -To close the case - Send a Letter of Concern (LOC) -Refer to Prosecutions

If referred to Prosecutions there is an Informal Conference The Informal Conference’s typical and possible outcomes -a LOC -Non-Disciplinary Order or NDO -Reprimands with the possible following factors: -Fines -CME classes -Boundary and Professionalism classes -Mentor or Practice monitor -Suspension -License revocation
