2 Agenda The Project Office is actively putting together a number of resources to assist project members who will be relocating to Chile The primary resource will be: AURA relocation document AURA short term assignment In this session we will share ideas and plans so far and get feedback

14 Leaving Chile Lodging Not less than 9 weeks before, turn in passport to AURA admin for processing by the Ministry. The OI visa will be “annulled” and replaced with a standard visa with a specific end date. No less than 10 days before, employee’s ID card (“carnet”) must be surrendered for cancelation by the Ministry. Before surrendering ID card employee must close all local bank accounts, sell any automobiles or other property purchased in Chile. After ID card is annulled employee cannot complete any legal transaction in Chile. Transport Per Diem Medical Visa Family Taxation Relocation Departure
