2. History
Bentley Motors Limited was founded in 1919 by W.O. Bentley and H.M Bentley in England.
Their cars soon became a major hit among the wealthy British.
Hit by the recession in 1929, Bentley Motors was acquired by Rolls- Royce.
In 1998, Bentley was acquired by Volkswagen Group.
Bentley and Rolls-Royce have a history of similar cars.
