2. Two step process
The first step is to complete the Elangomat classroom training.
The second step (on the job training) is to volunteer to be an Elangomat at an Ordeal Ceremony.

3. After successfully completing both, you will be awarded

4. A newly designed Elangomat Patch with a gold Bear pin

5. And Every subsequent time that you become an elangomat you will receive

6. Gold Baby Bear
An additional smaller gold bear to add to your patch.

7. Bear Family
Will you be the first to acquire the entire bear family?

8. AS AN ADDED BONUS
The first two Elangomats to acquire the entire bear family will receive a special hat.
Note: There are only 2 known hats in existence.
