Expedited STD Management
Express Clinic Services Field-Delivered Therapy (FDT) Expedited Partner Therapy (EPT) Patient-Delivered Partner Therapy (PDPT) Although some places in Texas are providing expedited management, our vision is to spread it all over the state through – Texas Medical Board rules changed in April (first as emergency) and adopted permanently in June. Current activities – Survey to assess current state of affairs Update program standards Write Expedited STD Management Policy Write protocols for EPT, PDPT, FDT

InSPOT Texas page went live 6/09 In June there were 24 senders of 30 cards July there were 25 senders of 43 cards August – 49 senders of 82 cards – Back to school present? September – 36 senders of 37 cards 45 cards were for HIV 35 for syphilis 67 for chlamydia 60 were for GC
