11. Trip Requirements Maximum 40 students on trip. 2-3 Staff Chaperones
Price is based on QUAD occupancy
Based on first come first served
GPA of 3.0 for Fall 2016
Semester. Those that fail to
Meet grade requirement will lose
trip deposit.

12. Registering and Payments
$150 deposit due (non-refundable) October 21, 2016
Please pay online at the CVCHS webstore
Remaining balance of $459 must be paid by March 1, 2017

13. Making up homework
Students are responsible for making up work they miss while on this trip
You need to speak to your teachers BEFORE the trip to find out what assignments you will need to make up.
It is not the teachers responsibility to give you the assignments- you need to get the work before and/or after the trip!
Students are ONLY excused from the Thursday and Friday classes. All students are to be in class on Monday! 13

14. Behavior We are expecting excellent behavior from students.
Students are expected to follow school rules at all times.
Any misbehavior or inappropriate behavior will have consequences
Suspension, loss of privileges, etc.
We expect you to show these colleges how amazing CVCHS students behave.
Please be respectful of others.
Stay positive.
Random bag checks will occur if at any time staff believes you have inappropriate items with you on the trip.

15. Hotel Boundaries
Each night we will be checking that the correct students are in their appropriate rooms.
The male chaperones will check the male students and the female chaperones will check the female rooms.
Students are not to be in the rooms with members of the opposite sex.
Students can hang out with friends in common areas.
Students are to be back in their rooms by 10 pm each night.

16. Final Payment We need final payments March 1, 2017.
