These painful periods lasted longer then they should have
And almost always I would return to make the same mistake again

5. I learned to listen to the Holy Spirit
I learned to totally and completely trust in the Bible as literally word of God!

9. Instead of following a particularly painful periods – they can many times prevent painful periods
And when a painful period does come our way – God’s life lessons can significantly cut the duration and impact

10. And lastly, God’s life lessons can prevent us from repeating the same mistakes that may have contributed to our painful periods
