MPI jobs (numbers of nodes used):
batch systems tested: PBS, LSF and SGE:
PBS version and LSF version have been successfully tested
SGE version 6.2u5 did not provide the correct CPUtime
CPUtime is the sum of the CPU time of used nodes. It includes all the forked processes included the parent and all the threads
WTC is the the time from the beginning of processes to the end (CPUtime can be higher than WTC)
Small changes can be and should be done to the UR created to allow easier access to the number of nodes and type of job executed (mpi or not) 1
