Make sure your webpage is simple and easy to navigate, while being visually appealing. Utilize Call to Actions to engage the customer in returning to your page. You need to be active in the forums that bring you the most attention. Post relevant content to your company and your clients. Post more content. Post even more content – just make sure you spread it out over the day. Lead Nurturing – Once you have the leads, you need to make sure you maintain them. Keep up with the forums that give you the most feedback. Send out newsletters to say what’s new or give more information about current events going on with the company. Expand your resources while maintaining the useful ones, from Social Media outlets to people you gossip with at a dinner meeting. Keep your company employees up-to-date on the information you’ve gathered, and ask for even more feedback on how useful the information is in practice.
