• Integrated with Tempo and Matrix, so you can find your comps in MLS and easily import them into Cloud CMA

HAR Rolls Out New Services (continued)
Transaction Management
HAR has entered into agreements with two of the industry’s leading transaction management solutions providers, dotloop and TransactionDesk.
Each platform provides not only full transaction management functionality, but also fully integrated electronic forms and an easy-to-use electronic signature solution.
Both firms have large installed user bases across the country and have the incentive and resources to continuously upgrade and improve their products, which make either a great choice for your firm, agents and clients.
TransactionDesk has already been integrated into our system and is accessible in the Members Only Portal and through Tempo.
Dotloop will be available very soon in the same locations.

Houston Market Movements
Housing starts nationally have fallen from last month's nine-year high, but the onset of the winter season is considered a strong factor behind the month-over-month slowdown. The fact remains that homebuilder confidence has reached its highest point in more than 10 years, and the housing market is rounding out the year in a rather solid position.
In the Houston region, for the week ending December 11:
• New Listings increased 0.8% to 1,777
• Pending Sales increased 16.5% to 1,402
• Closed Sales increased 5.1% to 1,319
