4 EDUCATIONAL AIMS This tour will provide students with the opportunity to participate in a range of theatrical experiences that will inspire excellence in performance. Workshops and performances will develop knowledge of different dramatic forms, styles and conventions and will enhance skill development in voice, movement and acting. An appreciation of the role of theatre to entertain, challenge, educate and empower will be developed. Tours to professional theatre venues will expose students to how the ‘backstage’ world of theatre works. All theatrical experiences have a direct link to the Queensland Drama Curriculum and to CAC’s Drama work programme
