About Homes is a family business that started in 2002.
About Homes is not a bank or financial institution. We are a privately owned Australian Financial Services company that buys and sells property using creative strategies.
Vendor Finance is a way that you can purchase a home even if you are a first home buyer, without first having to get a bank loan.
Vendor Finance has been used in Australia to purchase property since the 1900s, well before banks started lending money to homebuyers as we know it today.

3. HOW IT WORKS? For Home Buyers We sell homes using two main methods.
Using vendor finance only. Typically this applies to existing homes. The buyer pays us directly and moves into their home.
Using a bank loan / vendor finance combination. We can assist qualified buyers to get their own bank loan and we can help with the shortfall to complete the purchase. Typically we sell house and land packages using this option.
