2 Committee Implementation Overview
Purpose: •To streamline the process of accomplishing pertinent tasks •To embrace and capitalize on the diverse perspectives that each individual team member brings to the table •Empower each team member by allowing them to have an active role in the problem-solving/decision-making process •Establish parameters for accountability

3 Curriculum Initiative Committee: Curriculum Crosswalk by Program
Applicable standards for each program are identified by number here; the specific standards are listed on the following pages. Each module’s content is evaluated for alignment to appropriate standards. Technology requirements and Google options are recorded to ensure that candidates experience a variety of tools. The primary assessment for each module is evaluated for alignment to objectives Curriculum Crosswalk: Creates a snapshot of learning objectives and assessments by program area Documents changes to ensure all competencies are addressed Documents technology requirements and Google options to ensure candidate competency

Located employment information on 88 of 136 graduates (65%) from 91% employed in higher education 24% community colleges 76% 4-year institutions 35% are in their 2nd professional position since graduation 33% employed at ASU 25% Admissions, 22% Advisors 53% worked in SA while working on degree Focus Group – Preparation for Jobs 16 graduates currently employed at ASU invited, 8 attended 3 of 8 indicated a promotion or salary increase within 2 years of receiving degree Most prepared: legal principles, built confidence in decision making, diverse technologies Least prepared: Scenario-specific responses with parents/students, rigorous research, public speaking Internship: valuable for diversifying experience, conflicts for those working
