2. PRINTING INPATIENT FACESHEETS
From ‘Patient Lists’, click on ‘My Admitted Patients’ or ‘Rounds Patients’ to access inpatients associated to you or your group.

3. From ‘My Patients’ or ‘Rounds Patients’ at the top of the screen, click on the patients’ name to open their chart

4. Select ‘Review Visits’ (from the tabs on the right hand side) Click ‘ADM – Facesheet’ to view facesheet (the most recent Facesheet is listed at the top)

5. To print the facesheet, Click ‘Print’ at the bottom of the page
To print the facesheet, Click ‘Print’ at the bottom of the page. The facesheet will print to the local printer.

6. PRINTING OUTPATIENT/ED / DISCHARGED PATIENT FACESHEETS
From your patient list, Click on at the bottom right of the screen to access the ‘Patient List’ Menu.

7. Click on ‘Find Patient’ to search for an Outpatient, ED, or Discharged patient

8. Enter Patient Name on Name field Click ‘Search’ at the bottom of the page Click on Patient Name

9. Place a Check mark next to the admission for which you are printing the facesheet for.

10. Select ‘Review Visit’ (from the tabs on the right hand side) Click ‘ADM - Facesheet’ to view facesheet (the most recent Facesheet is listed at the top)

11. To print the facesheet, Click ‘Print’ at the bottom of the page
