The Phantom Eye is an unmanned aerial vehicle designed for military surveillance, reconnaissance, and communication applications.
Three major design guidelines include:
High altitude - 65,000 ft.
Long endurance - 4 days.
Liquid-Hydrogen powered.
Autonomous take off via launch cart.
Autonomous landing using landing gear.
