4. Preconditions: The national reference points functions???
Not formalised/exist in all countries
Funding is a challenge (LdV-funding?)
Very new in many Member States
More focus on the content than on the organisation
Cooperation between the national reference points will be helpful – on selected topics
Make LdV-projects together (support needed for the July 16 application)
