Meerkats have sharp teeth and long claws to scratch and bite there predators.
A meerkat climbs to the highest rock and if it sees a predator it whistles.

Meerkats dig burrows in the plains of Southern Africa.

Meerkats like to millipedes, spiders, eat grubs, lizards, snails, roots, ground squirrels, and small rodents.

Meerkats have narrow pointed muzzles series of dark stripes crosswise on back.
Meerkats black eyes and black ears.
Meerkats lower parts of head and body is grizzled in yellowish brown or pale grey.
