4 How To Set I Want To Goals You Will Achieve
Today we will discuss techniques on how to turn the I have to into I want to goals. How do you bridge the gap between have to and want to. Without understanding why your setting goals and what INSPIRES you; the pattern of setting “I have to goals” vs. “ I want to goals” will continue to lead you down a path of living a life someone else wants you to live. Knowing your values increases your perseverance. When you seek to achieve a goal that aligns with your highest value you have enough purpose and enough reason WHY TO and you won’t stop until that goal is REACHED.

5 Techniques To Achieving The Change You Desire
We must understand values. It is understanding what our realities are vs. what is actually happening. The first step is to identify what you find most meaningful- the values in life that are the most meaningful to you. Values are the very thing that drives our thoughts, actions and beliefs Once you understand YOUR OWN UNIQUE values and align your life accordingly you can achieve fulfillment in ever aspect of life: deepening your loving relationships, creating an inspiring career, establishing financial freedom, and tapping into a rich spiritual life.

Determine your highest priority values Answer the following questions below Be honest with yourself: answer based on what is truly demonstrated to be the most important values in your life Don’t answer based on what you might imagine or hope to be the most or important or valuable Your life’s demonstration speaks louder than our ideals, hopes and assumptions

8 Social Idealisms Do not answer what society or your family wants them to be You are neither good or bad for your unique set of values Socially acceptable ways of thinking and behaving do not reflect what inspires “You” Are you really inspired by these ideals or do they reflect “should”, “ought to” or “have to” and not what you truly value most

9 Values Determination How do you fill your space most? How do you spend your time most? How do you spend your energy most? How do you spend your money most? Where are you organized the most?

10 Where are you most reliable, disciplined, and focused
Where are you most reliable, disciplined, and focused? What do you inwardly think about the most? What do you visualize and realize the most? What do you most talk about in social settings? What inspires you the most?

Write down 10 things you are moving towards and 10 things you are moving away from Make a wish list of 101 of : Short precise answers. Buy yourself a journal that you will keep. Redo these exercises every 6 months.
