18 DEPARTMENTS Production Department is headed by two qualified, efficient and reliable General Managers who are looking after two different factory buildings. Each of the 7 Production Floors is run by a Production Manager who directly reports to the GM-Production. Each Production Floor comprises of Cutting Section, Sewing Section & Finishing Section in Building-1 but there is one Cutting Floor and one Finishing Floor for three sewing floors at Building-2. Production

19 DEPARTMENTS Our QA Department is independently operated by a QA General Manager who directly reports to the Director of the Company. Each of the 7 Production Floors has its own QA team lead by a QA Manager. Quality Assurance

Key activities of IE & Planning Department are – Suggest production friendly techniques in Development Stage. Analyze SMV of Garments and contribute estimating the competitive price. Prepare a logical Production Plan and monitor the production process to ensure on-time shipment. Ensure an engineered manufacturing layout for optimum production. IE & Planning
