By: Daniel, Courtney, Jordan and Connor. Period 5

3 Picture One Element: High Angle. Establishing Shot. Purpose: To set up the scene for the next photo. The sideways shot shows the depth of the lockers, especially when compared to the windows.

5 Picture Two Element: Close Up shot Front lighting Purpose: It shoes that she is deep in thought and you can see there is a lot of emotions that are very visible and it also gives the sense of loneliness or depression.

7 Picture Three Element: Dutch Angle Low Angle High Key Lighting Purpose: It is to build suspense. Connor is supposed to be imitating falling down the stairs. It was taken from a low angle to show how disastrous the fall would be and the high lighting is to build energy in the shot.

9 Picture Four Element: Natural Lighting Medium Shoot Purpose: The natural lighting and the upper body shot was used to express boredom as Courtney waits for the elevator. This shot also helps the viewer understand the subject because she is doing something that most people can relate to.

11 Picture Five Element: Long shot Low Key Lighting Purpose: The low lighting and the lone hallway is supposed to crate a feeling of loneliness. The shadow is also following Daniel’s body as he walks down the hallway. This is also supposed to represent suspense for what he is walking to by using the Long Shot.
