10 Preference Test We conducted a survey of 30 people, in which we asked the participants to sample each tea without knowing which restaurant they were from. We then asked them to rank them from 1 to 5, 1 being the worst tasting tea and 5 being the best. We tallied the rankings from each participant, and ranked them based on which tea was assessed as each value the most often. We did this in order to see which brand of sweet tea was preferred over all of the others. Tea Chicken Express Chick-Fil-A Golden Chick Taco Casa Rudy’s Preference Test 5 3 4 1 2

12 Taste Test After taking the preference test, the participants were asked to rate each tea individually. We used a 1-5 scale, where 1 signifies bad quality tea and 5 signifies superior quality tea. We conducted this test to determine whether consumers like the flavor of the teas. Tea Chicken Express Chick-Fil-A Golden Chick Taco Casa Rudy’s Taste Test 3.7 3.8 3.3 1 2.9
