2 Early Years Ruby was born on in Tylerton, Mississippi on 1954.
Ruby’s dad lost his job so then they moved to New Orleans on 1957. Ruby’s family went to church because they wanted God’s spirit. Parents worked at jobs that didn’t pay much . Parents were proud of her being chosen. Ruby is known as the first African-American child to attend an all-white elementary school in the south.

3 Early Years Ruby’s family went to a judge ordered four black girls to go to two white school. Ruby went to Frantz Elementary school with her teacher Miss. Hurley. Ruby’s teacher Miss. Hurley would question her if she was nervous. Before school Ruby always would pray to God. The Bridges family suffered for their decision to send her to william Frantz Elementary school. Her father lost his job, and her grandparents, who were sharecroppers in Mississippi.

4 Why this Person is Famous
Ruby became famous because she made history in white’s and black’s can go to the same school. Ruby became famous she made history for are schools. Ruby became famous because if the judge didn’t say that four girls go to two schools than we would still in different schools. Because she made all the kids hearts better.

5 Why I chose this Person I chose Ruby Bridges because I like what she did. I chose Ruby Bridges because if she didn’t choose to go to Frantz Elementary school. I chose Ruby Bridges because I like why black people and White people can go to the same school. I chose Ruby Bridges because I know her history is the best.
