First used in the Balkans but most notably used in Iraq and Afganistan
Used by U.S. and Royal Air forces

3. Two Versions… Original version was strictly for reconnaissance.
Eventually laser designators were added to assist other aircraft with targeting before their own Hellfire missile systems were added
Today, border patrol and NASA use unarmed versions while Air Force uses armed version
