The story’s original name is “Is-seba’ Trongiet Mewwijja” ( The Seven Magical Grape Fruit).
An old Maltese fable told from person to person. The seven magical Mood-rings.

How we changed the story
In the story we changed The King’s son into a rather arrogant and spoiled kid. We gave him quite a 1990s ‘fratty’ rich kid look. Giving him a nice pair of Oakley Glasses, The owner and founder of Oakley, Jim Jannard, began the company back in 1975. Oakley Glasses

And finally we decided to give him a pair of ‘Pepe Jeans’. Pepe Jeans was founded by Nitin, Arun, and Milan Shah in 1973 and was one of the biggest denim brands known for that time.

Bleached Hair- During the 1930s, the act of bleaching your hair was quite a risky one. People use to leave the salon with migraines swollen eyelids and even blisters due to the diabolical mix it had at that time. It was women whom most of the time bleached their hair, but later on the 80s and 90s it became quite popular among men.

For these three characters we decided to give them a suburb, hip-hop dance and rap style. This style started and was popularized during the late 80s and 90s by the African-American and inner city youth community. Today it is one of the most influencial fashion-wear to today’s standards. A Raider’s Snapback~ The Oakland Raiders are a professional American football franchise based in Oakland, California founded on January 30, The baseball cap is an iconic accessory to the hip-hop and rap culture. A Letterman Jacket/ Baseball Jacket~ This jacket was first introduced by the Harvard university in The letterman jacket was later on popularised by Hip-Hop and Rap culture.

Antonio Sciortino’s ‘Speed’ sculpture (Original piece)
The Dog eating straw to the famous sculpture named ‘Speed’. Speed was produced by Antonio Sciortino in the 1920s. The seven mgical moodrings
The mood ring was created in 1975 by two New York inventors, Josh Reynolds and Maris Ambats. Mood-rings are made of bonded liquid crystals with quartz stones set into rings that changes colours based upon the temperature of the finger of the wearer. Mood-rings were a fun 1990s accessory worn by mostly teenagers.
