Pre-built reports available for use
Public Reports: SCC custom reports
Prepackaged Reports: Standard reports without custom SCC fields
These reports can be accesses by clicking Manage on your home dashboard.
Personal Workspace for report storage
Reports can display multiple levels of data
Display results in Ariba or export to Excel
Ability to add reports to dashboard
Schedule reports to run at specific intervals 3

4. SPM Reporting Prepackaged Reports
To access prepackaged reports and Public Reports click Manage

Choose the report subject, and then click Open 5

We selected Supplier Performance Management Reports
Choose the report that best fits your needs. Click on the name of the report, and then click 6

7. SPM Reporting Run a Prepackaged Report
The Relative data range allows you to select a fixed period of time such as 4 months, 4 years, 2 quarters, etc.
The fixed date range allows you to select a custom date range from the calendar. For example from June 13, 2016 to February 3, 2017.
You have the option to refine the data by selecting specific suppliers, States, organizations and regions. If you leave them set to (All) everything will be included
Click View Report

8. SPM Reporting Run a Prepackaged Report
Pivot table view
Rearrange the view by dragging and dropping the fields.
Add fields by dragging and dropping fields from the Page and Others field browser tabs.
Click on a field title link to drill down. 8

9. SPM Reporting Run a Prepackaged Report
The Chart tab view displays options for the report data.
Different charts will work better depending on the data from the report. Use the drop down list to see which chart depicts the information best. 9

10. SPM Reporting Run a Prepackaged Report
The Dashboard tab allows you to add the Pivot Table or the Graph to your Ariba Dashboard. When added to your dashboard, the graph or the pivot table will automatically refresh with current data every few hours. There is no need to run the report over and over as new information becomes available
Click Add to Dashboard 10

11. SPM Reporting Run a Prepackaged Report
Click Save
Give the report a descriptive name
Save it to a location, such as your Personal Workspace 11

12. SPM Reporting Run a Prepackaged Report
Choose where to place the report on your dashboard. In this example, I am placing it on the Suppliers tab, in the left column
Click Done
You always have the option to drag and drop your report to any location after you save it 12

Here is the report that we just created. It will refresh every few hours with updated information automatically 13
