7. PS False Floor consolidation
Buildings –367: no stability issues due to false floor  requested consolidation due to and accident on 18th May 2017 (A2_ EDMS ). This works are not required for the de-cabling project of PSCR and SMB can carry them out independently.
Building 368: False floor will be reinforced with the same tripod type already installed in PSB in order to assure a permanent stability.

8. Works classification and Responsible Unit
The works for the removal of obsolete cables have been classified as electrical nature in application of the Norm NF (EDMS Memorandum: )
Complying with GSI-WS-1, EN-EL is the responsible unit for:
All the VIC’s must be organized by EN-EL
The necessary lock outs for this works must be requested by EN-EL
The removal of the obsolete cables will be carried out by the COMSA company from EN-EL, with electrician professionals authorised H1-B1 + a work supervisor certified H2-B2

9. Lock-out organization
The Project Team has proposed and approved the equipment that necessarily needs to be kept powered in order to assure the safety of workers
The works for the cable removal require:
The Lock-out Standard and systematic of PS (EPC-ABT)
The supplementary and specific lock-out (racks, power RF, Tablx BT, UPS…)
The temporary power supply for the basic needs (vide, star-points…)
The works for the cables’ removal are framed by 2 VICs, one at the beginning and one at the end of the work. Signatures and formal exchanges of forms for lock-out certificates (first or second stage) during the VICs.
The group leaders (owners of each installation/equipment), previously notified through the Memorandum EDMS , are named lock-out responsible for their equipment.

17. Summary
Procedures and methodologies are similar to the previously applied during EYETS 16-17
De-cabling works at the PS Centre Ring is not linked to the false floor consolidation (contrary to PSB)
Standard Lock-out for the PS machine and supplementary lock-outs required for de-cabling works: lock-out responsible (chargé de consignation) for the 14 groups involved.
Decabling works at PS Centre Ring are classified ALARA 1
Building 359: Identified coactivity with maintenance works (TE-ABT and EN-CV) and false floor consolidation works (SMB)
The TT2 identification campaign will entail cable investigation out of TT2 and Building 269 such as AD, nTOF and SPS. The cable analysis from the cablotheque has already started
