2 NOCO MFG PARTNERSHIP By working together, we can continue to grow the industry, grow jobs and strengthen our communities. Was formed in 2013 as a result of Governor Hickenlooper’s state Economic Development plan called the Colorado Blue Print Over 200 manufacturing members since our inception in 2013 All-volunteer business led organization FREE membership organization Served by a Board of Directors and two committees: Networks and Rocks! With Talent

A baseline foundation was created by: Gathering all manufacturers into one room. Determining the pain manufacturers were feeling and find problems that could be solved together. Identifing industry champions to lead specific initiatives. Working together to put a plan in place to conquer the problems. Staying focused and listen to what manufacturers are saying.

Networks Committee Rocks! With Talent Committee Create a Board of Directors consisting of local industry leaders from both public and private sectors. NOCOM Trade Show Grow NoCo Mfg’s outreach beyond Larimar and Weld Counties

5 NETWORK COMMITTEE The Networks committee’s mission is to better connect our manufacturing community. Committee Meetings: third Friday of every month at 8:00am Events: Lunch and Learns – Monthly In Site Tours – Monthly B2B Networking Events – Twice a Year All Mfg. Meetings – Twice a Year Monthly Newsletter

6 ROCKS! WITH TALENT COMMITTEE
The Talent committee’s work focuses on the needs, development and engagement of the workforce as it aligns with industry. Committee Meetings: first Tuesday of every month from 3:30-5:00pm. Local Community Colleges – Scholarship Program Events: Student/Company Tours – Fall and Spring Semester Parents All Manufacturing Day – Fall Semester
