Tg clusters are defined by 10 Tg-Mabs as previously characterized by Ruf et al (23). Original Mab nomenclature: cluster I, J7C73.7, J8A53.9, J8A32.13, J7B49.15; cluster II, J8B6.12, J8B45.5; cluster III, J8B89.5, J7C44.6; cluster IV, J7C73.7, J8A53.9, J8A32.13, J7B49.15, J7C44.6; cluster V, J7C9.3; cluster VI, J7C The immunodominant clusters are shown in the upper panels, while the nondominant clusters are in the lower panels. *P = .01 vs controls, **P = .001, vs controls.
