2 INTRODUCTION We have often seen that there is always a crowd gathered inside Ajanta Footwear while there are very few customers in Shoe Garden inspite of the fact that they both deal in same kind of goods. Then what it is that makes Ajanta Footwear a crowded place ? This presentation will give you an answer to this question.

3 POSITIVE POINTS OF AJANTA FOOTWEAR
WELCOMING : The customer is at once taken by the sales people. Inspite of crowd no customer is ignored of his demands. COLLECTION : The collection of footwear at Ajanta is very huge. Shoes an other types of footwear are available here. A variety of foot wears of different brands for kids, men and women are available.

4 EXPERIENCE : Ajanta Footwear has experience of years whereas Shoe Garden has 6-7 years of experience. SERVICES : The customer is at once taken by the sales person and is treated with respect and a soft tone is used to communicate. Variety of foot wears are shown to us so that we can choose accordingly.

5 SALESMANSHIP : A customer is never disappointed with the kind of treatment they receive. A customer once entered into the shop will never come back without buying a product.

6 NEGATIVE POINTS OF SHOE GARDEN
LACK OF SALESMANSHIP : The number of salesman at Shoe Garden are less and because of this they are not able to attend their customers and the customers have to wait for long time and thus they lose them.

7 LACK OF EXPERIENCE : This is also a reason for the low sale of their foot wears. LIMITED QUANTITY : 3-4 brands of shoes and other types of footwear are available only for kids.

8 COMPARATIVE STUDY OF AJANTA FOOTWEAR AND SHOE GARDEN
The long experience and politeness of the employees has given Ajanta Footwear a grip over their customers. The employees at Ajanta are very enthusiastic and the customers are welcomed with a smiling face, and thus people like to visit the shop. Whereas in Shoe Garden the employees just work for the sake of doing.

9 CHANGES NEEDED TO BE BOUGHT IN SHOE GARDEN
They should go for selling different types of footwear for all age groups. They should be doing their job enthusiastically and should take care of all the customers.

10 So this was the local case study of Ajanta Footwear and Shoe Garden which showcased the positive and negative points of the firms respectively.
