6. How to Host a Virtual Party
If your hostess wants to host a Facebook Virtual Party you will need to us her Name, Address and the Dates of the Party. We suggest she does a Party Length of 5-7 Days.
We will add her name to the Drop Down at the check out screen that reads (who helped you)
Next you will need to set up an Event for your Hostess on Facebook. See next screen for instructions.

7. Setting up a Facebook event
SETTING UP THE INVITE:
Setting up a Facebook event for a hostess is a great way to get an idea about party attendance, plus it helps you make a connection with guests before the party even starts. Make sure to welcome guests as they join and keep them excited about the party.
Use this method in addition to post card invites and invites
Step 1: Log into your Facebook account and click on your “events” tab.
Step 2: Click on “create event.”
Step 3: Title your event. Example: “Sarah’s Sexy Diva Lingerie Party.”
Step 4: Enter event details. See samples below.
Step 5: Add party address.
Step 6: Add party date and time
Step 7: Set privacy to “invite only.”
Step 8: Click on “create.”
Step 9: Click on “add event photo.” Some great banner sized photos can be found on the COO or in the Media Center.
Step 10: Click on “invite friends.” Invite your hostess to the event.
Step 11: Once your hostess joins the event, make her an event host. Click on the “settings” tab (next to edit tab), “edit hosts” and type in your hostess’s name.

17. Hostess Coaching 1st Call
FIRST CALL One or two days after she books 
her party
Introduce yourself and tell her how excited you are to 
have her as your Hostess.
Ask why she booked—free products? Special occasion?—
so you can make sure she gets what she wants out
of the party.
Let her know about Hostess rewards—she will get a free
gift just for having the party, plus 10% of the party sales to
use toward her favorite Sexy Diva products.
Since your Hostess has probably never
held a party before, you’ll need to provide
tips to help her earn as much free product as possible. Do this
through phone calls—you should make at least three calls to
the Hostess before her party to ensure a successful night.
Explain that at least 10 women need to be at the party. Ask her
to over-invite to make up for
those who can’t attend. (Remind
her that all guests must be
females over the age of 18. No
men or children allowed.)
Tell her about outside orders—
those unable to attend can place
catalog orders that will count
toward her party total.
Schedule a time and date for the
next phone call.

18. Hostess Coaching 2nd Call
Ask about attendance. If it’s low, 
offer her the Top 50 List to help
 her think of people
she might be forgetting.
Suggest she keep refreshments
 light and save most until the end. 
This will keep
guests busy as they wait for their turn in the ordering room.
Ask about outside orders— her the most up to date Catalog and order forms?
Remind her to tell guests no kids are 
Allowed so they can arrange for
babysitters if needed.
Mention that you will need a table to
 display the products for your demo and 
a separate room for private ordering.
Let her know again how much 
fun it is going to be!
Ask if she has any other questions
 for you. Let her know you will call her the week of her party to firm up 
the details.

19. Hostess Coaching Thank her again and tell her how excited
you are and how much fun it will be!
Review attendance with her one last 
time. Ask her to call each woman 
coming to encourage her to bring 
a friend or two
with her to the party.
Ask how outside orders are coming
 along.
Ask if she came across anyone who is interested in booking a party or 
Becoming a Presenter. Make a note 
of those names.
Let her know what time you will be 
Arriving to set up.
Confirm directions with her—don’t rely on the internet only.
Remind her again about the table
 for the demo and the private
 ordering room.
Get her excited for a fun—and much-
deserved!—ladies’ night!

We suggest Customizing and Printing them out and Mailing a Packet to her home. Right now the forms are generic. Once the Company gets larger we will have all of our forms done Professionally.

21. How Hostess Rewards are Handled
The Free Products and ½ off Products are taken care of by the Company.
After the Party- Do the Party total sheet and have the Hostess fill out her Order Form and Credit card information and Scan and it to
We will send out here Order Next Day. Note you might want to wait a few days until after the party to have her order that way any lingering orders for that Party get counted towards her Free Items.
Any Free Hostess Gifts and Party Gifts are the Responsibility of the Hostess not Corporate.

22. Party Commissions Online Parties
Online Parties are Paid out per the Online Party Commission Plan Orders under $50 = 30% Orders over $50=40% Any additional discounts you want to offer will come off of your Commission amount. If you want to offer a 10-15% Discount to get more orders you use 10off or 15off for those Discount codes. You will get paid your commissions the following Monday after the Party ends. Once the Party ends we will you the Party Total from the Backend based upon your Hostesses name. Make sure you and your Hostess coach all the guests to choose your Hostesses name from the Drop Down. Any guest that forgets we will them asking them who referred them so you and your Hostess get credit.

23. In Person Party Commissions
In person we suggest you collect all money up front at the Party and you do one bulk order to your self and then Hand Deliver the items to the customers. We suggest this because you save the customer the Shipping charges and she will probably order more. If you want to charge shipping that is ok too you will just have to enter each individual order into the system. You will need to get a credit card reader we like, Square, or Paypal.
PayPal pays the fastest because that money is available immediately for you to turn right around and order their orders on the Sexy Diva Website and Pay for it with PayPal.
All Face to Face orders you get your normal Commission at the Party and it is based upon where you are in the Sexy Diva Compensation Plan.
All Internet orders from the Party will be paid out per the Internet Commission Plan and you get those the next Monday following the Party.
NOTE- all Party orders must be ordered on the Sexy Diva Website + 24 hours after the Party ends to ensure your customers get their items ASAP.
