2. What is it? A disease caused by parasitic roundworms (aka Nematodes)
When ingested, they travel through the intestrial tract and contaminates the body tissues

These worms are found in animals that eat meat (ex. Pigs)
Humans get it when they eat those meats raw or undercooked

Cook all fresh pork, pork products and meat from wild animals to where all the meats reaches 160° F. The meat should turn from pink to gray.
Touching ones face, mouth, while handling contaminated raw meat can lead to infections
Larvae  about 1500 from each female worm—travel through the circulatory system to the heart, then through the blood vessels leading to striated muscle 
Most larvae that cannot find suitable locations in striated muscle will die.
