Engage and support disadvantaged youth. Provide training. Monitor the programme. Support students to get jobs. Hotels Plan a training programme. Contribute staff time as trainers. Contribute facilities/venues. Support students with: Travel allowance Stipend Duty meals Uniform(s)

4 Hotels: build a pipeline of talent
Agree to 6 – 20 students joining your programme (minimum 5). Plan and submit training plan. Commit to the travel allowance and stipend as determined locally. In the event of an accident, cover student’s medical costs (or have insurance). Cover costs of pre-start checks where required. 5 Non-profits: lift young people out of poverty
Strategic alignment with YCI. Operational experience in youth development or employability. Experience of engaging disadvantaged young people.
