An Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Graduate in Commerce from M G University and Executive Degree holder in Business Administration from IIBM Institute of Business Management.
He has an experience of over 6 years in setting up of different types and forms of businesses, Foreign Direct Investments, Due Diligence, advising on corporate & legal matters, drafting of business agreements etc.
During his career both as a Company Secretary and Corporate Consultant he has worked closely with numerous startups and emerging businesses and associate closely with professionals across other fields.
He handles diverse assignments ranging from registration of companies to winding up under various modes and acts as an advisor to various companies across different lines of businesses including government and semi government companies. |

10. Our Team www.proficio.co.in | Vivek Vijayan (Partner)
An Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Post graduate commerce student at IGNOU. Having completed his training from the Official Liquidator, High Court of Kerala, he has rich and varied experience in the areas of Corporate Law, Winding up, Mergers and Amalgamations.
By virtue of being a consultant for various Government Companies and due to his training at the office of the Official Liquidator, he has amassed tremendous liaison experience with different Government Departments. He has also served as Secretarial Auditor and Scrutinizer for many Companies, including Government companies and has achieved a milestone of having issued compliance certificates for more than 50 Companies within a year of his practice.
He was felicitated by the Kochi Chapter of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India for being the youngest Company Secretary in Practice in Cochin during the Company Secretaries Day celebrations. |

11. Our Team Suranny Arjun (Co founder and Partner)
She is a Post Graduate in Commerce and is also pursuing the Professional programme of Company Secretaryship course.
Having worked with a Listed Company based in Bangalore, she has hands-on experience as regards Listing compliances. She takes care of the administration and HR wing of our Firm.
She is currently based in Thrissur and takes care of our branch functions. |
